Our Founder

Dr. Arsha Nath is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and a proud daughter of Kerala, the birthplace of Kalaripayattu.
With a strong foundation in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, she pursued advanced studies in Public Health and Community Wellbeing at Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and is also a Master in Yogic Science.

As a renowned Health and Wellness Coach, Dr. Arsha conducts transformative retreats and workshops worldwide through Tratak International, empowering individuals with the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and mindful living.

Having personally overcome stress, depression, and anxiety through Yoga and meditation, her life mission is to inspire others toward inner healing.
